KRS is a B2B supplier of precision optic accessories — scope mounts and rings, rails and stabilization systems. For distributors and brand importers we run OEM and ODM programs from drawing to container.

What the program covers

Stage Capability
Engineering CNC tooling, 2D/3D review, tolerance stack-up
Materials 6061/7075 aluminum, carbon fiber layup, steel recoil lugs
Finish Anodize, hardcoat, cerakote-compatible prep
Validation Zero-retention and torque checks per batch

Sampling and lead time

  • Prototype: a defined sampling window after drawing lock — share your optical spec and interface.
  • NDA: mutual NDA before any drawing exchange; we do not reuse partner geometry.
  • MOQ: set per SKU and market; mixed-SKU containers are supported.
  • Branding: laser mark, label and pack to your spec.

Interface engineering for your optics

Every KRS program starts from the mating interface, not the catalog. We machine mounts, rings and rails to your optic’s footprint and your receiver’s platform — Picatinny, Arca-Swiss, dovetail and M-Lok adapters are all within our standard tooling. For distributors consolidating SKUs, see our rail compatibility guide and the Arca-Swiss rail standard brief. Repeatable zero is designed in, then verified per batch — a point we cover in the scope ring height and return-to-zero guide.

Quality and validation system

Consistency is the product. Each production lot runs torque checks, recoil-lug inspection and zero-retention validation before it ships. Material certificates (6061/7075 aluminum, carbon fiber layup, steel lugs) travel with the container, and finish options — anodize, hardcoat and cerakote-compatible prep — are recorded per batch for traceability.

Logistics, packaging and documentation

We support mixed-SKU containers and pallet-level packing to your specification, with carton labels, barcodes and packing lists prepared in advance. Export documentation is assembled per destination: commercial invoice, packing list and the compliance statements your market requires. Tell us the HS codes and destination early so the build plan stays on schedule.

Build-your-program checklist

  1. Share your optical spec and interface drawing (NDA first).
  2. Confirm materials, finish and branding (laser mark, label, pack).
  3. Set MOQ per SKU and choose mixed or single-SKU containers.
  4. Lock the sampling window and review the prototype.
  5. Approve the build plan and we schedule the production lot.

Most programs move from drawing to first container in a defined window once the interface is locked. See distributor terms and why KRS for the partnership outline.
